The RS-31 will work only if you have correctly licensed Transcription software installed on your PC. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

If you wish to setup a new Secretary with Digital Transcription, please look at our AS-2400 or AS-9000 Transcription Kits, which come with a PC Headset, a Foot Control and Olympus Transcription Software.

The RS-31 can also be used with the DS-9500 and DS-7000, to provide hands free recording when they are docked in the cradle. Foot Control settings can be customised within the Olympus Dictation Management R6 or R7 software.

The RS-31 is made to connect to a PC, and is not compatible with Tape Transcribers.

Note: Will not work with ODMS Cloud or Release 8 ODMS.
