Delivery

Delivery can be made throughout New Zealand.
We do not deliver overseas. 

A lot of products can be sent from our suppliers straight to you which means you can often get the products faster, particularly for North Island orders.  This form of delivery we call "Direct Ship".  We will let you know if we think Direct Ship is best for your order.  There is usually an environmental benefit too.
 

Charges

In most cases delivery is free for Christchurch orders, however there will always be some exceptions.  You will be advised of any charges before your are invoiced.

• Any order over $40 to be delivered within Christchurch is free.

• Some bulky equipment such as printers and multi-function machines may incur freight charges.

• Furniture is best calculated on an order by order basis but here are some guidelines.

  • Most chairs can be delivered to the main cities freight free (some models may need some assembly).  All Christchurch deliveries can be delivered fully assembled for free.

  • Most flat packed furniture and metal cabinets can be delivered free to main cities although a surcharge may apply for premises not on ground level or have difficult access.

Order values stated above excl GST and DX Mail/NZ Mail/NZ Post postage products may be excluded from total used to calculate freight free.

Assembly and Installation

Assembly and installation of most products can be arranged.

• We provide an installation service for dictation equipment and also are happy to advise your own IT people.

• We use specialist printer technicians for the installation (and onsite repair) of most printers.

• Installation is available on all furniture delivered locally.  And installers can generally be found for most items in some other parts of NZ.

Time to deliver

Talk to us about your requirements and will factor that into the products we recommend.  Below is a general guide.

• Most professional dictation equipment is held in stock and can often be delivered to Christchurch customers within hours if need be.  Nationwide delivery is either next day or the day after.

• Most equipment is available the same day or up to two days.  Some OKI machines may take one week if you what it freight free.

• Furniture varies greatly.  When enquiring for office fit-outs please give yourself plenty of time, you should allow yourself at least one week for the measure and quoting process and three to four weeks for manufacture and delivery of custom product.

  • Chairs Buro same or next day. Chair Solutions and EOS chairs around a week depending on fabric chosen.

  • Custom desking and storage units normal lead time is 15 working days.

  • Flat pack furniture is usually around five days.

  • Metal cabinets are usually available in approximately 3 days in the 'Quick Ship' colours.  Please allow around 3 weeks for other colours.

• Delivery of Office Products can depend on the item and on the time of day you order, but usually same day to 3 days.
