1. There is a one-off setup fee of $65.00 for up to 3 new author connections per company, thereafter $10.00 per Author. If you let your trial or standard license expire for more than 60 days the full set up fee will apply again, unless you have another active author on the same account then the reconnect fee is $10.00 per author.
2. These charges cover web portal creation, guidance to set up your smartphone and one typist using ODMS Professional Olympus Transcription Software.  Guidance will include either emails, pdf guide sheets, onsite visit (to one Christchurch location), TeamViewer remote support or a combination of these.
3. The setup fee is non-refundable and also applies to the 30 day trial of the Olympus Dictation Delivery Service (ODDS).
4. These setup fees do not apply to renewals of the ODDS annual license (except where they have expired).
5. If you choose to send files via ftp rather than the standard email method there will be a setup charge of $100.00 for the first 10 Authors.  Also your IT will need to be involved and they may charge accordingly.  (Switching from email to ftp can be done anytime.)

With a Licensed (12 month) subscription at only $155.65 ^{excl. GST} per year you;

• Can connect to a FlashAir enabled Olympus DS-7000 or DS-3500 to receive recorded audio and send to your typist or transcription team.
• Can record in .dss or .ds2 audio formats on the device
• Can encrypt your digital dictation – Password protect the file from phone to typist. Typists can have file automatically decrypted in your Transcription Module (Rel. 5, 6, & 7) software.
• Can send Worktype, Author ID, Comment, and Priority information with the audio file so it will appear the same as a file recorded on a professional recorder (DS-9500/DS-9000/DS-7000/DS-3500).
• Can send audio securely via the ODDS cloud server to your typist or transcription team via email or through an ftp server.
